The Playstation Eye is an accessory for your Playstation 3 game console that allows players to experience gaming like never before. With microphone technology that has the ability to reduce background noise and focus on spoken word and a USB camera with a two position zoom lens for full body or close up options, the Eye is perfect for both video chat and online gaming.  The fast frame rate of the camera provides improved tracking, responsiveness and smoothness with little to no lag time.
Free EyeCreate editing software allows users to save, edit and add cool visual effects to photos, video and audio clips.  The software doesn’t come with the camera but is available for free download in the Playstation Store on the Playstation Network.  It  takes up a very small amount of space on the hard drive.
